BOARD MEMBERS
Board members of the Conejo Schools Foundation should have the following
characteristics:
- Passionate commitment to the best public education for all students
of the Conejo Valley Unified School District.
- Willingness to put in the time needed on a working board, e.g.
board meetings, work on two committees, additional assignments as
needed, assist with funds solicitation, attend board retreats.
- Broad base of contacts in one or more sectors of the community, i.e.
banking, real-estate, major businesses, education, finance, medical,
etc.
- Willing and able to articulate the mission of the foundation: the
best education for the students of the CVUSD.
- Willing to make a financial commitment to the organization of $1,000
per year.
ADVISORY
COMMITTEE
Advisory Committee members of the Conejo Schools Foundation should have
the following characteristics:
- Passionate commitment to the best public education for all students
of the Conejo Valley Unified School District.
- Willingness to meet one time per year and provide advice on funding
programs to the Board.
- Broad base of contacts in one or more sectors of the community, i.e.
banking, real-estate, major businesses, education, finance, medical,
etc.
- Willing and able to articulate the mission of the foundation: the
best education for the students of the CVUSD.
- Willing to make a financial commitment to the organization of $5,000 for individuals and corporate members.
CSF SCHOOL
SITE REPRESENTATIVE
In order to enhance our partnerships with each school site, we are
launching an exciting ambassador group of CSF Foundation School Site
Representatives.

Each Conejo Schools Foundation School Site Representative will have the
following characteristics:

Passionate commitment to the best public
education for all students of the Conejo Valley Unified School District.

Active, involved school community member.

Desire to increase communication between
the school sites and the Conejo Schools Foundation.

Willingness to partner with the Conejo
Schools Foundation to harness each school site's unique character and
resources for the betterment of the CVUSD.

Willingness to meet four times per year and
provide advice on individual school site funding concerns.
